The name of this festive red, Clic, was inspired by a Friulian dialectal term meaning "a small glass of wine shared with friends." Twenty-something Enrico Coser, son of Ronco dei Tassi's owner Fabio Coser, created it with family and friends in mind: "I wanted to make a clean, fresh 100% Merlot that would appeal to all wine lovers," says Enrico. "The bright acidity in this bell-peppery Merlot makes its a great food-pairing wine and it will go well with a wide variety of dishes."
