Monchiero is one of the last wineries in Barolo that continues to make its wines in the traditional manner. Long maceration times and no barrique create true expressions of the appellation's terroir that will age for upward of 20 and 30 years. This single-vineyard Barolo (sourced from grapes grown exclusively at the Rocche growing site) will cellar for 15 to 20 years.
